Conditions of Hire

Arrival

1. Caravan can be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival
2. As soon as you arrive at the caravan could you please report any problems if there are any. ie Untidy, left by previous occupiers, broken crockery, bins not emptied etc.
3. Should you break anything, please replace it, like for like. If any major breakages occur please contact us straight away (07533 484605 or 0121 7067648).
4. Electric is pay as you go and tokens are obtained from the Owners Select hut this is situated by the site entrance. They are £3.50 each and for that you receive £5.00 worth of electric. Would advised that you Purchase 1 from the owners select when you arrive you need to tell them it’s a BLACK METER all you do when you get to the caravan is insert it in the meter which is located in the wardrobe in the main bedroom.
5. All rubbish to be discarded in the bins. On Wednesday and Saturdays rubbish will be collected from outside the caravan Please place in black bin bags.
6. Please read park rules they are situated inside the caravan, please abide by these at all times.
7. No smoking inside the caravan. Thank you.
8. No pets.
9. DO NOT put all the heaters on at once as this will trip the electrics, if this does happen the fuse box is behind the caravan Please be careful.

Departure

1. 1. You must vacate the caravan by Noon.
2. The caravan must be left clean and tidy. The vacuum is under the bed in the main room and there is polish and cleaning products under the sink. Please do not use cleaning products only washing up liquid in the shower.
3. Beds to be stripped.
4. Please pull back the duvet in all bedrooms.
5. No food to be left in the fridge or cupboards. Please do not turn the fridge off.
6. Please unplug TV, freeveiw and DVD Player.
7. Please ensure all light, heaters and fire is off and all windows and doors are closed.
8. Leave any rubbish in blacks bags by the dust bin.
9. Please ensure you leave the grounds tidy.
10. Keys to be returned within 48hrs of returning home.
